Delete Account & Data Request
If you want to delete your Simplify Job Search (SJS) account and associated data, you can request deletion using the steps below. This page is provided to comply with Google Play requirements and to give users control over their data.

How to request account deletion

Send an email request
Email us from the same email address you used to log in to SJS (Google / LinkedIn).

Include basic details
Mention your registered email and login method (Google/LinkedIn). Optional: add reason.

We verify and delete
After verification, we delete your account and associated data within the timeline below.
Deletion timeline: typically within 7 working days after verification.
Note: We may retain limited records if required for legal, security, or fraud-prevention purposes.
What data gets deleted
Account data
Profile details linked to your login (Google/LinkedIn).
Resume files
Uploaded resumes and generated resume versions (if stored).
AI outputs
Generated cover letters, gap analysis outputs, and related history (if stored).
