An HR account is for company employees hiring for their own organisation — your company name is attached to your account permanently. A Recruiter (freelance) account lets you add multiple client companies and manage separate job pipelines for each client, all from one login.
You upload a ZIP file containing PDF resumes — from any source: job portals, referrals, your own database. Our system automatically extracts the name, email, and phone number from each PDF and adds those candidates to your pipeline under a special "Your Added" tab. You can then invite them individually or all at once.
When you create a job, you can add screening questions of three types: Yes/No, number (e.g. minimum years of experience), or short text. For each question you set an ideal answer and optionally mark it as "must-have".
